PetroRabigh’s 600,000 tpa MEG plant to begin operations in Feb 2009
PetroRabigh, a JV between Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia) and Sumitomo Chemical (Japan) will set operations at its 600,000 tpa monoethylene glycol (MEG) plant underway in February 2009, as against the initially proposed start up in October. At present, the newly constructed MEG plant is undergoing test runs of MEG production.
